Once upon a time… Sheffali and Nikhil first met while studying at King’s College London. Their paths kept crossing until, after seeing her one too many times, Nikhil finally asked Sheffali on a date — and their story began.

Years later, when searching for somewhere completely unexpected to celebrate with their 180 guests, Morocco called.

They chose the newly opened Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam, becoming the first Indian wedding ever celebrated at the hotel.

Across three days, Indian traditions met Moroccan artistry — from traditional drummers and handcrafted copper lanterns to rich textiles, a bespoke mandala dance floor and spectacular Moroccan chandeliers.

Set against Rabat’s palatial architecture and gardens, their celebration unfolded like a modern Bridgerton love story, reimagined through Indian heritage and Moroccan soul.
